1. The furnace body is a horizontal single-chamber water-cooling jacket structure. The furnace door adopts a sandwich water-cooling jacket structure. The outer layer is an ordinary steel plate and the inner layer is made of stainless steel. The flanges at both ends are welded to the cylinder body and the furnace cover respectively. The manual clamping structure of the door opens for easy loading and unloading.
2. In order to improve the degree of automation control, the main valves on each pipeline of the furnace's vacuum system are all pneumatic valves, which are intuitive and convenient to operate.
3. The system is equipped with two glass rotor flowmeters to adjust the gas flow rate filled into the furnace respectively.
4. An electric contact pressure gauge is installed on the furnace body to monitor the pressure in the furnace. When there is overpressure in the furnace, the pressure can be automatically released to ensure safe system operation.
5. During the degreasing stage, a small amount of gas can be appropriately filled according to the fat content of the product to achieve directional air flow degreasing.
6. The rapid cooling device consists of a motor, a fan impeller, a built-in radiator and a ventilation door on the heat shield. The furnace is filled with inert gas Ar to quickly cool the workpiece.
