The Horizontal High-Temperature Graphitization Furnace produced by our company is primarily used for sintering and graphitization of advanced carbon materials, graphitization of PI film, graphitization of thermal conductive materials, sintering of carbon fiber ropes, sintering and graphitization of carbon fiber filaments, and other industrial furnaces that require high-temperature treatment in a carbon material environment.
The horizontal high-temperature graphitization furnace manufactured by our company possesses the following advantages and features:
Maximum temperature of 3000°C, commonly used temperature of 2900°C.
Working atmosphere: Vacuum with Ar2 and N2 protective displacement (slight positive pressure).
Temperature measurement: Far-infrared optical temperature measurement with a temperature range of 1000-3000°C or 0-3000°C. Temperature measurement accuracy: 0.2~0.75%.
Temperature control: Programmable control and manual control. Temperature control accuracy: ±1°C.
The equipment adopts medium-frequency power induction heating, providing high efficiency. The unique furnace design greatly enhances temperature uniformity. Maximum heating rate: 200°C/minute (empty furnace, depending on the volume of the high-temperature zone and furnace structure). Temperature uniformity within ±10°C, temperature control accuracy within ±1°C.
Low energy consumption: Thickened alumina insulation material with excellent thermal insulation and fire resistance, minimizing heat loss and achieving fast heating rates.
Long service life of vulnerable parts: The bottom of the crucible is cushioned with high-strength hard composite felt to ensure even and uniform stress on the graphite crucible at high temperatures. The service life is 1.2 times longer than that of similar products.
