For some customers need to graphite products for the square shape, such as square graphite "box", multi-layer stacked graphite paper or laminated film and other materials need to graphite, the conventional drum-shaped graphite furnace, there will be a dead end of the internal loading space, the formation of space and power consumption waste phenomenon. The company in the original foundation and technology department re-developed a square horizontal graphitization furnace, which has the advantages of horizontal graphitization furnace such as easy loading and unloading, convenient cleaning inside the furnace, easier control of the operation status by the workshop patrol personnel, easy replacement of daily maintenance and consumable parts inside the furnace, and solved the phenomenon of waste of space and power consumption, but the temperature uniformity (can be solved by increasing the processing temperature and lengthening the heat preservation time appropriately) and the abrasion resistance of the graphite crucible are not as good as that of the graphite crucible. However, its temperature uniformity (which can be solved by increasing the processing temperature and holding time) and abrasion resistance of graphite crucible are slightly lower than that of conventional graphitising furnace.
