Carbon ceramic impregnation furnace

At present, carbon ceramic materials are made of carbon-based composite embryos impregnated with liquid silicon. This equipment is a special equipment for carbon ceramic vacuum impregnation. Carbon ceramic composite (C/C-SiC) carbon composite embryos and PMS liquid ceramics convert organic precursors into inorganic ceramics through vacuum, and are finally densified through automatic multiple rounds of repeated impregnation.
This equipment can also be used to form a carbon-carbon composite embryonic body by vapor deposition first, and then perform liquid phase impregnation to make it dense.
